Rustom Kerawalla and VIBGYOR Group of Schools are looking ahead as the education group works towards its vision of building a network of more than 80 schools. The Annual Leadership Meet held in Navi Mumbai brought together principals and senior members from VIBGYOR schools across India. The gathering focused on future plans and the changing needs of students parents and teachers.
The three day event carried the theme “Navigating the Next Horizon: Charting the Course to 80+ Schools.” It gave leaders a platform to discuss how education is changing and how schools can prepare for the future. The discussions also highlighted the importance of maintaining quality as the Group continues to grow.
For Rustom Kerawalla the expansion of VIBGYOR is about much more than increasing the number of schools. The aim is to provide a strong experience for every student and family. This approach places students at the centre of the Group’s plans while also recognising the important role played by teachers and parents.
The Annual Leadership Meet included several sessions focused on the future of schooling. School leaders discussed how learning environments need to change as the world continues to develop. They also looked at ways schools can respond to new expectations from students and families.

Teachers were another major focus of the gathering. The Teachers of the Future panel looked at the importance of developing a strong educator base. Teachers play a major role in helping students learn and grow. Their skills and ability to understand young learners will remain important as education continues to change.
The Business of Education panel provided another perspective on the Group’s future. Sustainable growth requires careful planning and responsible operations. The discussion highlighted the need to balance educational goals with the practical requirements of managing a growing school network.
The event also featured sessions by Brigadier Baleyada Muthanna Cariappa and Indian Paralympian Deepa Malik. Their personal journeys provided messages about discipline resilience courage and leadership.
